I have to take a break from one-word-focused episodes. So I made a new segment to create a compendium of relevant issues surrounding the world, or at least in my world, to yours. This is not a deep dive, but an instantaneous gap fest of topics. Let's start by rants, mostly rants, and raves just a tiny bit at present times.
Welcome to Human Thesaurus Presents Epitome Anatomy. My name is Wish, a retired tech operator, indie author, cat mom, and self-aware life explorer. Epitome Anatomy is an opinion piece on the power of words and their ethos.
That I extracted from this life.

Ready for the first epitome anatomy roundup? Let's go!

Roundup one My AI sentiments AI means artificial intelligence and its description means the capability of computer systems or algorithms to imitate intelligent human behaviour. Okay, for this roundup I never imagined that this world right now would make a lot of people dumber.
When I started working around AI, let's say 20 years ago, at the beginnings of it, it's mostly machine learning and what will be the future of media. All I think about is the future where we can use most part and tap parts of our brains. Therefore, we're able to use AI to help us with the menial task, menial human tasks, so we can upskill ourselves.
But in any tech, I think there's always the good intention. Every single tech bro started from humble beginnings. Well, you know, I mean relatively humble beginnings. Everyone in the tech world who's got a very good idea would always have a good intention. Some of them would ha would even understand the financial positioning when it works, and some of them don't. So circling back on this AI thing, I'd never imagined that.
The release of this in the past two years is skewing us towards idiocy. I'm talking about the mass-media AI and what it serves us. It teaches us to be lazy. It teaches us to do everything in shortcut. Not every shortcut is practical. I think moving forward it will be great if people, most especially young people, will be taught critical thinking on how their prompts help them solve a problem.
Instead of just grabbing the answer and copying and pasting that all together without even reviewing or even critically discussing it with their own chat, what with their own AI, whether it's correct or not, what the sources are, what the research brings, etc. etc. I have a lot to say about this, but since this is a roundup, I'm just focusing on yes, I'd never imagined that this

Piece of technology would make a lot of people in the mass media dumb. And all of these rogue AI that's coming up, it's not a surprise. All of this are coming from the top. We always have to keep these tech bros accountable for the products that they built. Even if they say, they didn't notice it, whatever. Trust me, they know. They know scenarios. Nobody's dumb up there. They're just playing dumb. If you can hear a lot of my
Predisposition against tech bros. Just believe that I've been through a lot of these people and I know the inner workings of the decisions that are being made. Yes, it's brilliant, but at the same time, there are still accountability that needs to be done on the human side of things. As all tech goes, everyone's first intention is to create a better world. But where are we right now, really? You always need to ask that. I just read
Bill Gates' new blog last twenty-sixth of August 2026. It says quote "The transition to the AI era will be the one of the most turbulent times in human history. Right now we are not preparing adequately for that transition. If the world takes the right steps, AI will be a force for good and leave everyone better off."
I like the blog and I will post that on my show notes because it's not just Gates scaring us of what's about to come. There are lots of solutions. It could go awry or it could go the best way to help humans still. It's not ever too late. So what are your stance on this? It will be up to you in each individual, in each household, in each parent on how you're going to raise your AI-led child.

Roundup two. Skinny. Skinny means lacking sufficient flesh or very thin. And the first known use of the word skinny was circa 1541. So this is coming up recently a lot on media. That there are what skinny what's that? Skinny heroine era again? Like I've seen this in the 90s as a teenager.
That everybody seems to be overly skinny, overly thin. I'm not really here to slander other women's bodies. But there's always a thin line when you have to talk about it or not. But I think for me, seeing a lot of you know the access to GLP ones and it's such a great medical technology, but at the same time, there are lots of pitfalls for people who are.
Vulnerable and insecure to go towards the way that whatever they see on media that's the coolest thing, therefore they need to follow it. This is just another health fad to become skin and bones. And it's not really cool. And there are women who are naturally super skinny. I know a few of them. I was like that before. I was size 22 or 23 inches in my 20s. not anymore.
But each woman would have to go through different phases of their lives and their bodies, and it's so wonderful. But I hope that everyone's health and appearance journeys they all vary, but I do hope that it's in the spirit of healthy. It's in the spirit of not vanity, but it's in the spirit of loving your own self and understanding.
The right way to eat, the right way to live. But really, what I see out there, skin and bones, and they wanted to achieve that per se. I don't understand. I don't understand the the psyche behind that. But I wish everybody health and happiness. And also, one last note for this round about skinny. Fuck all of this. X maxing anything. Stop using that word. There are better vocabularies out there.

Roundup 3. Rage Baiting. The root word rage bait often refers to inflammatory content posted online for the purpose of gaining ad revenue through clicks, but it can also refer to trawling behaviour, in which someone says or posts something offensive simply for the enjoyment of eliciting a strong reaction. Rage bait appears to have sprung in the 2010s or
Formed in a similar fashion to the earlier clickbait. I'm actually rage baiting my cats because while recording this, I put up this live animal streaming video of birds and squirrels running around. So one of them is being rage baited right now. And also just saying that I am actually the market, I am the audience for getting rage baited. I easily get tiffed.
By what I see online that is against my ethical beliefs or that is against the true nature of kindness or of decorum in society. That does not mean I immediately react or being a Karen about it or immediately r comment about it. It's not that. I discussed about restraint the last time in my podcast, which you need to listen to.
That's always my maturity kicking in. I get rage-baited on the first second. How you react with these intentional things nowadays? Even brands use it for the likes or the dislikes. Or even just really the attention. They don't care how you react. They want you to just view it because they make a lot of money out of you. It's being used in marketing at this point in time. This is a marketing tactic.
It's sometimes brilliant, but to what extent? Are we just really changing our values to just make everyone react for money? Of course, some of you would say yes. Yes, then do it. But where's the decorum there? Where's the limit? Where do we go from here? Are we just always being put in a position to get angry about everything? In this rage-bait brand world, I

Roundup four Brainrot. Brainrot means a perceived decline in cognitive function attributed to consuming too much shallow or addictive online content first coined in 2009. Brain rot sums up a few things and a few elements from the first three of our roundup today. Drawing the line between entertainment or relaxation.
Versus retardation of everyone's minds is something to think about. There's a point that we do need a break, therefore we consume content to relax. But all of these lines are getting crossed or getting misconstrued of what decency, what capabilities of our knowledge should be tapped by content slash money for other people.
I always believe just sitting there consuming content on your phone rather than reading a cookbook or talking to people or doing some other research, really. It all depends on how much of your brain power you would like to exercise. You are still the master of the content you consume every day. I just hope you use your brain to expand it with knowledge.
With silliness, with balance, you know, in the equilibrium of developing your wit, your funnies, your intelligence, your death, your complexity, being human, not just rotting in there, not being able to debate or have an intelligible conversation, or expanding your mind because there are so many things in this world to learn.
There's just not enough time to learn, so why rot your brain this way?
Wish Ronquillo Peacocke (12:34.668)
And last, round of five, parenting. This is just a common theme the past few weeks that I've been travelling and seeing friends. I wanted to acknowledge all the parents out there. All the more that I am growing up, all the more that I have better understanding of my own parents and most parents out there. Everyone is, as a matter of fact.
Trying their best and growing and learning as they move along. Nothing is perfect, but the perfection that I see in it is trying their best. And sometimes they don't get it right, but they don't stop there. They keep on going. No matter what happens, they know that they have children to raise. And that's accountability, responsibility, love, and care, and all of these elements.
And it's always beautiful to see parents and laugh at themselves when they make mistakes too. Because they're just humans. And it's so amazing in parallel with my age and ask myself, is this what my mom do at that time when I was at that age? And I understand her better because I am at that point or at that stage in life at the same age.
It's so mind-blowing at the same time as well to reach their age when they were their age and getting to relate to them. Especially my parents are gone. So I'm still relating to them. This is the best way I know how to connect with them, to still get to know them, even though they're not here anymore. So going back to parenting, I would like to give my kudos and I would like to beg of parents as they keep.
On trying their best. Please keep on raising your children to have core values and not become their generation's assholes or idiots. Children are so resilient and they're like clay to be moulded. If you can please raise them to become good citizens of this world, please do. Other than that, you would know better. I don't know anything much. Please keep on going.
Wish Ronquillo Peacocke (14:58.444)
I'm so proud of you parents. Yes. Wow. I mean raising children. Amazing. You guys are amazing. I hope that that's encouraging enough.
